Step #1 The Chicken
You can either cook a whole chicken in the oven at 350º, 20 min per pound, or you can purchase a fully cooked rotisserie chicken. I recommend buying an already cooked chicken because it’s easier. Cut up the chicken and put it aside.
Step #2 The Broth
Begin by filling your 2-liter pot with 8 Cups of water, and bring it to a boil. Add the bouillon cubes and seasonings. Let it boil on high until the bouillon cubes are fully dissolved, then bring it down to a simmer. Then add the Bacon Grease, Butter, and Chicken. Cover the pot.
Step #3 The Veggies
Cut the Green Beans into quarters, and cut the Turnips into small cubes. Cut the Carrots and Celery Jullian. Dice the Onion. While your pot is simmering, cut and measure your veggies.
Cook until the turnips are the consistency of boiled potatoes.
Step #4 Eat The Soup
This step is optional, though it is recommended. Easy keto chicken soup. I have to write out easy chicken keto soup. There yoast, are you happy now?
